Is the recipe for the toffee available?
No. There are many generally available toffee recipes in the marketplace and, to some extent, they are all similar. What makes the ToffeeMasters™ product so special is our unique combination of ingredients coupled with our small-batch manufacturing process. For this reason, we decided not to publish the recipe.
Does our toffee contain nuts?
Yes, we use nuts as part of the crunchy center and to coat our toffee. If you are allergic to nuts, you shouldn’t eat any of our products.
How should I store the Toffee?
The toffee typically tastes best if it is eaten within a month of purchase and is best stored in a cool place and out of sunlight. It does last up to four months if stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator and can also be frozen for up to 6 months.
Where do you ship and does the price include shipping?
We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping costs are not included. They will be calculated at check-out based on delivery method; US Postal, UPS Ground or Local Pick-up. The following rates apply to each shipping address.

How can I save on shipping costs?
There are two ways to save on shipping costs:
- Local customers may arrange to pick up their orders. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option for shipping and use the Special Instructions area of the order form to note where and when you'd like to pick up.
- Shipping charges for locations within the Continental U.S. are waived for purchases over $400.00.
Where are the local pick-up locations?
Local pickups can be arranged for Dunstable, Harvard, Chelmsford and Burlington, Massachusetts and Nashua, NH. Special arrangements can also be made for Westford, MA and Chelmsford, MA.
When can I pick up my order?
Send an email to info@toffeemasters.com or call 978-239-7820 to schedule a date, time and location to pick up your order.
Do any local retailers sell your toffee?
Yes, we invite you to visit The Covered Bridge Gift Ship in Pepperell, MA, The Java Room in Chelmsford, MA, Java Jane's in Billerica, MA and Baskets by Vivian of Nashua, NH.
Does the espresso bean toffee contain nuts?
Yes, there are walnuts in the toffee center. The walnut toffee is dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and lightly sprinkled with espresso bean.
Do I have to enter separate orders for each 'ship to' address?
No, you may enter the additional addresses in the greetings/special instructions area or forward the information separately to info@toffeemasters.com. Please note which packages are to ship to each address. You will receive an e-mail identifying any additional shipping fees.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason if you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will refund you the full price of your purchase.
Can I place an order now for delivery at a future date, for example closer to Thanksgivings, Christmas, Birthday?
Absolutely. Simply send an e-mail to info@toffeemasters.com or if Ordering Online supply an 'Alternate Delivery Date', when you would like to receive the order, in the field provided.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are processed when the order is filled. Charges for future deliveries will appear within 2 days of the future ship date, not when the order is placed.
Your delicious toffee makes a unique gift, do you offer holiday packaging?
Yes, we are happy to gift wrap boxes. We also offer holiday tins and gold boxes which are ideal for holidays and special occassions.
The pictures on your website make my mouth water. Where can I sample your hand-made candy?
